Concierge Services Australia specializes in the placement and implementation of Concierge services into residential properties. Concierge Services Australia was formed in 1998 by veteran concierge, Jacinta Gracey who recognized the need for busy individuals to have access to the same carefully cultivated resources that are available to 5 star hotel guests.
The team provides a discrete, friendly and competent concierge service. Using a network of Professional and resourceful concierge.Concierge Services Australia focuses on providing a range of time saving solutions for residents and building management alike.
Jacinta was the dynamic founder of Concierge Services Australia; she had extensive concierge experience in both International 5 Star Hotels and a range of Sydney residential environments. Jacinta had worked in the hospitality industry since 1967 and, whilst Head Concierge at the Renaissance Hotel, was the first woman in Australia to be admitted to the exclusive International Society of the Golden Keys – ‘Les Clefs d’Or’.
Patrick began full time in the family owned business in January 2000, after 11 years as Beverage manager at Avondale Golf Club in Pymble. Prior to this Patrick was part of the management team at the Sebel Town House when the “Sebel” was the first 5 star Hotel in Sydney. Patrick has a reputation for service excellence committed to providing outstanding service to our clients.
