HISTORY
Our company was formed in 1998 by veteran concierge, Jacinta Gracey, who recognised the need for busy individuals to have access to the same carefully cultivated resources that are available to 5 star hotel guests. Jacinta had worked in the hospitality industry since 1967 and, while Head Concierge at the Renaissance Hotel, was the first woman in the Southern hemisphere to be admitted to the exclusive International Society of the Golden Keys – “Les Clefs d’Or”.
